After a few stressful months, I think I can finally say I'm enjoying the gym again. I had a moment where I couldn't think of anywhere worse and would rather be with my family, however I'm in a good place now and loving that gym feeling. Back in January I weighed 14 st 4lbs, in April I dropped down to 12st 10lbs, but I'm now on the climb up again at 13st 3lbs. I may not be toned and defined, mainly because I eat to much crap and don't have that dedication but I feel good and that's all I care about. Plus I'm loving my ink right now!
