Update from a San Diego client 😃💕 . She is not only leading 6 dogs (and most of them are her clients!), she's also helping strangers with their dog issues. Its all about that calm, confident energy! Once you master yourself, dogs will follow. 🐾 . The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my clients teaching others! That's what its all about--creating a community of responsible, compassionate pack leaders. Its such an honor to be at the center of that ripple effect! 🐾 . scottro#legday was awesome this morning 😁🤙🏻 y'all ever hear a country song (those who listen to it) I just wish you can live thru that moment, yourself? lol I do probably every damn song I hear ☺️🎶 @lukebryan #playitagain ---- Sooo lol started this morning with #cardio on the #elliptical for 10mins before I started my #workout. Burned 161 #calories in those 10mins and 11secs 😅 got a good sweat then got started.. Started with #legextenions 4sets then then killer #legpress 😈 try to murder the fucker every time 💪🏻💪🏻 5sets, 2 sets with 270lbs, both for 15reps...set3 at 450lbs for 10reps then up to 630lbs for set4 and set5. On paper, only 4sets, 10reps each set, I wanted to kinda go outta bounds today so I did 🙃 #lightweight#squats 4sets with 10reps and weight wasn't heavy at all on those. Worked on my #hammies, 6 sets burned the hell outta those and was done. Cut it a little short but still had a great workout so I'm proud of myself 😜👍🏻 I guess you NOW can take pictures/videos in my gym all of a sudden which is cool so here ya go! Pictures of the work I did when I got back home 💯 happy for what I did this morning and happy for my #legs ... definitely growing 🦍😂 Last thing is and don't hate but #mensglutesmatter too even tho I was going for that as the picture, supposed to be for my #hamstrings 🙃🍑 don't ...
They will laugh. They will mock you. They will do everything to get you to quit. So don't. I'm not done. I'll never be finished with this. That's not a bad thing. ALL I have to do is eat right and train. That's not a bad trade for waking up everyday. When I think of those I cared for who don't get that option, it gets real damn easy.
