I honestly went to the gym just to do deadlifts and squats. At 9 months still holding at 135lb for deadlift (3x5) and 95lb for hi bar squats (3x5).

Meh. I can tell I am less than 2 weeks out from the meet. Feel tired and sore and weak even though the weights are heavier and moved fine. 2 more pounds to go to make weight. Last heavy squat day. 112.5kg (247lbs) for a single and then 110kg (242lbs) for 2 doubles. Wearing my vintage APU singlet this week for my last heavy training sessions. #pleasedisregardthebeltgut
